INTRODUCTION

Established in 1990 Joseph Coughlan Associates is a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice based in Dun Leary Co Dublin. With over 30 years experience in the construction industry we offer an honest ,reliable and professional service. Prior to 1990 Joe worked with Irelands leading QS practice and as a managing surveyor with Bovis Construction on Canary Wharf in London.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Quantity Surveying

We provide a full range of building cost control services from pre construction stage to the resolution of Final Accounts.

Estimating Services

We provide an Estimating and Tendering service  to small and medium sized building contractors.

Insurance Loss Assessing

Working on behalf of the policy holders we prepare reinstatement costs following fire and flood damage.

Re-building Costs for Insurance purposes

We provide property re-building costs assisting owners in obtaining accurate insurance cover at a reasonable rate avoiding both over and under insuring.

Building Energy Rating (BER) (discontinued.)

We are a registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland to carry out  BERs on domestic dwellings.
